Below we inform you about the collection and processing of personal data and the relevant rights of the parties concerned. 
A. Collection of personal data
Personal data
Personal data includes all information related to a specific person or an identifiable individual such as name, address, telephone number and birth date. Information which cannot be linked to a specific person or an identifiable individual is not considered personal data (e.g. the number of visitors to a site).

Please use the aforementioned contact details if you have any questions about the processing of personal data related to you or if you wish to claim your rights (see item C).

Data processing companies
At times we employ external service providers (so-called data processing companies) for the processing of your data. These are carefully selected, bound by contract to adhere to our instructions and regularly controlled.  
B. Your rights
You have the following rights against us with regard to all of your personal data processed by us: right of access, right to rectification or erasure, right to restrict processing, right to object to processing, right to data portability. Provided we process your data based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time; this will, however, not affect the legitimacy of processing because of the consent you have given us until it is recalled.

If you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR, please do not hesitate to share your concerns with us. In such cases you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
C. Data processing
We process personal data always based on what is legally permissible within the meaning of Article 6 of the GDPR (such as your consent, the fulfilment of a contract or legal requirements) and within the framework of achieving legitimate purposes. We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the respective purpose. Furthermore, we store your personal data as a precaution for evidence purposes, if and provided that legal claims in connection with the data processing activity may be exercised. 
In particular, we perform the following data processing activities:
(1) Data processing when you contact us
Each time you contact us via email, we store the data you share with us (your email address, possibly your name, your telephone number and the correspondence with you) to answer your questions. We erase the data accumulated in this context once storage is no longer required or limit the processing of data if statutory storage obligations exist. 
(2) Visiting the website
Each time you use our website we collect personal data which is transmitted from your browser to our server. This includes:
IP address
date and time of request
time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
content of the request (specific site)
access status/HTTP status code
volume of data transmitted each time
website from which the request originates
operating system and its interface
language and browser software version. 

This data is processed for the purpose of displaying our website and to ensure stability and security. Our legitimate interest serves as the legal basis for the data processing (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). The data is erased once the respective session is terminated. 
(3) Cookies
Our website uses cookies in order make our services more user-friendly and effective. Cookies are not harmful to your computer and contain no viruses. We use mostly session cookies that are deleted automatically after visiting our website. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device (PC, notebook) until you disable them. These cookies enable us to remember your browser next time you visit our website. You can manage your browser preferences in order to be informed when cookies are set and to allow their use only in individual cases, to refuse cookies only for specific cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when browser is closed. Please be aware that restricting cookies may have an impact on the functionality of our website.
