Transformation is the process of systematically reshaping the DNA of a company in order to further develop its identity. This also includes change processes such as forming new teams, optimizing internal workflows or redesigning office spaces. Such processes also require behavioral changes by the employees when it comes to switching to working from home in the short term.

At TSA, we have been working on these new topics already several years ago. We completely revised our Technology Roadmap and adapted it to our goals. We also reshaped our offices and transformed them into open space areas to improve interaction between our employees. New digital technologies were implemented, and the existing ones were extended.

Leaving the comfort zone – toward an open organizational structure. This also means transforming existing resources such as experience and expertise. Employees need enhanced skills which is why we offer customized vocational training a spart of our TSA Academy.
