Optimized Search for Apprentices

Taking on young talent – then vs. now.
Some years ago, it used to be sufficient to post either a note (‘apprentices wanted‘) on the company‘s bulletin board or a poster at the business premises. Today the way to find qualified apprentices is much more complex and demanding.

Trade show presentations and lectures at schools, radio ads on Kronehit Radio, the annual Speed Dating Initiative by the Public Employment Service Austria (AMS) and our extended in-house Apprenticeship Casting have helped to significantly raise the image of Traktionssysteme Austria as a company with an interesting job perspective for young talent.
Currently we are intensively searching for capable apprentices for the following academic year. While it certainly is important to learn professional competencies, we also focus on social skills and personal traits. We are looking forward to selecting motivated and committed candidates from a large number of applications for an apprenticeship at Traktionssysteme Austria.
