Vocational education at TSA Academy

In the latest video of our successful format TSA Company Newsflash, we would like to introduce to you the TSA Academy: The program is designed to address the needs of all employees across the company, regardless of age, education or position within the organization.

Some courses are mandatory and selected by line managers, some can be chosen based on the very own interest out of seven pillars.

TSA took this important step in order to further forge the bond between employees and the company by providing excellent education and freedom of choice of courses, so people can self-develop into what is important to them. Plus, most of the courses will be held by a variety of external partners of well known institutes.
