TSA to deliver traction motors for Wiener Linien’s new fleet of Flexity trams

As a result of an extensive tender procedure TSA was awarded by Bombardier Transportation to supply 952 traction motors for the new generation Flexity trams of the Vienna Transport Authority (Wiener Linien).

Initial equipment costs and total costs of ownership (TCO) formed the major decision criteria of the bidding process. The new trams will be delivered between 2017 and 2025.

We are particularly proud of being selected to supply traction motors for the future tram fleet of Wiener Linien.
