New 250 ton stamping press

Traktionssysteme Austria is heavily investing in its company premises in Wiener Neudorf. In order to enhance the capacity of our production plant and to replace the old stamping press which has been operating for many years, TSA has ordered a new 250 ton stamping press from Andritz Kaiser GmbH in Bretten (Germany) for the manufacturing of circular sheet metal blanks from strip material.

The planned investment totals approximately € 1.8m, whereby the adjustment of the foundation as well as structural modifications are included. The four column stamping press made of cast iron is adapted to the process-related mechanical and technical control requirements. In addition to that, the press is equipped with a fully automated tape feeder and a stacking system for the circular sheet metal blanks. The commissioning is scheduled for the beginning of 2015.
